◊ I don’t usually list water as part of the ingredient list, but a recipe may still call for it.
◊ Each oven bakes slightly differently, so take baking times with a grain of salt and alter if necessary for your oven.
◊ Most food tastes better if the cook was sipping on a glass of wine while cooking (I know this from personal experience)
